# How to Download your Tally Export Files

Your cloud Tally ERP is configured to automatically save all exports in your respective private drive. DO NOT change the default data and export locations as defined in Data Configuration in Tally

Open the desired screen & press `Alt + E` to open the export window > Select the desired format (e.g. Excel, PDF, etc.) and Export.

Press `Ctrl + Alt + Shift` to open the menu on the left > Click on **TallyExports** under the **Devices** section

You will see all the exported files in the menu > **Double click** on the desired file to download it to your local computer
